About Us

CrossFit Marin was founded in November 2006 by Roger Harrell and Andrés De La Rosa. We are focused on helping people obtain true fitness. Our program is not about looking better or "loosing weight", though both do occur in a dramatic fashion in our program. Our program is about gaining physical capacity that will enable you to enjoy life more. Our clients include people from top tier athletes wanting to gain an edge in their sport to mature individuals who want to improve the quality of their lives.

Our program incorporates aspects from a wide variety of sports and the workouts are varied. We have experts on hand to safely teach you proper techniques. Learning how to perform these exercises correctly increases your rate of improvement and greatly reduces the risk of injury. You will be amazed at what you are capable of in a very short time.

We have one of the few parkour programs in the country. This sport is all about learning how to navigate around, over and through obsticles. Learning the basics of parkour will help you handle unexpected situations in life safer and easier. Though you may have seen videos of people jumping off buildings this is only a small part of what parkour is about. It is primarily about moving efficiently. Pay us a visit to learn more.
